March 6th
March 6, 2011
- Doctors begin the process of inducing Pam, and we spend the night in the hospital
- So we spend the night in separate beds
- I sleep on the hospital couch/bed thing
- And don't get much sleep
- As we're awoken in the early morning hours because Maggie is emphatically letting it be know that she is ready to be born
- (The nurses and hospital staff coming in and turning on the lights didn't help)
- Later, on her birth day, she fell asleep for awhile curled up on my chest
March 6, 2012
- Pam has been sick all day with the stomach flu (and at times probably wished she was in the hospital)
- So we spend the night in separate beds
- I sleep on the bed downstairs
- And don't get much sleep
- As we're awoken in the early morning hours because Maggie is emphatically letting it be know that she doesn't want to sleep in her crib, or daddy's bed
- (Henry getting out of bed and turning on the light didn't help)
- So I'm back on the couch, on her birthday, with Maggie asleep on my chest

- Happy 1st Birthday Maggie!
- (And thankfully Pam's feeling better today)
